The tub had been leaking into the subfloor for years. We rebuilt the floor, replaced the tub with a walk-in shower and used hexagon tile and a wall-hung vanity that suit the house's 1920s character.

A new fan ducted to the outside solved the moisture problem that had caused the damage in the first place.

Our bathroom had water damage nobody else had spotted. They showed us the problem, fixed it properly and the new shower looks like it belongs in a 1920s house.
