Clairemont was built fast in the 1950s, and its homes share a few traits: compact kitchens, a wall between the kitchen and living room, and single-pane windows. They also have simple structures that make opening up a floor plan very doable.
We remove walls with the right beams and permits, and add the storage and natural light these homes were built without.
