Chula Vista's newer neighborhoods have bigger homes, but families still outgrow them. We add family rooms and bedrooms, convert garages and refresh the builder-grade kitchens and bathrooms from the 1990s and 2000s.
In planned communities we work with the HOA's design review as well as the city, and we schedule around shared walls and close neighbors.
